4. VIEWING AND EDITING OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.
You can opt out of providing this additional information by not entering it when asked. In addition, you can update or remove any or all of your personal information at any time by logging into your Viaappia.eu account and editing your personal information on the My Company Settings page. You can view your updated profile to confirm that your edits have been made.
5. USE OF YOUR INFORMATION.
Viaappia.eu uses the information that we collect to set up the Service for individuals and their organizations. We may also use the information to contact customers to further discuss customer interest in our company, the Service that we provide, and to send information regarding our company such as promotions and events. Your email address and any personal information will not be distributed or shared with third parties without your knowledge and consent.
6. FINANCIAL AND BILLING INFORMATION.
All financial and billing information that we collect through Viaappia.eu is used solely to bill for the Service. This billing information is not used by Viaappia.eu for marketing or promotional purposes. Viaappia.eu uses a third party intermediary to manage the credit card processing. This intermediary is solely a link in the distribution chain, and is not permitted to store, retain, or use the information provided, except for the sole purpose of credit card processing.
7. CONTACTING YOU.
We will try to limit the scope, type and quantity of our messages to you. Having said that, you should know that we will periodically email information to you regarding updates to the Service or significant company news, and you will receive our Customer Email. You can opt out of being contacted by us, or receiving such information from us, at any time (including when first registering for service) by sending an email to happy@Viaappia.eu.
8. CUSTOMER DATA.
Customers of the Service will be using the Site to host data and information (“Data”). Viaappia.eu will not review, share, distribute, print, or reference any such Data except as provided in the Viaappia.eu Terms of Service or as may be required by law. Individual records may at times be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issue, or suspected violation of the Master Subscription Agreement, or as may be required by law.

Via Appia doesn’t sell, rent or otherwise share your personal information with any third parties unless you understand and consent to it directly. Additionally, if we become aware that a Via Appia user is using, or has used, our service to commit a crime, or if there is an emergency that poses a safety threat to you or to another person, we will notify and cooperate fully with the appropriate authorities.
